I think this is another one of those elf rooms. This time they must be twins.
This is an accident waiting to happen! Just wait until that chair rolls off!
That rooms clearly tells the children:
"There can be only one!"
This is a perfect guest room. Set it up in the garage.
The problem is that there's not enough space above the bed to allow one's sleep drawer to be closed.
Those wheeled chairs on the raised platform might get you to the morgue more quickly, too.
Sorry, but I see this as another dorm room or studio apartmet solutions. The design is excellent in giving more floor space until time to sleep. I would have used solid half walls above the beds, where the desk and chairs are!
However, I DO love the morgue comment! LOL
