Remodeling Guy - we are not that smart. We would just go in there for a nap. But a power tool or a sandwich would definitely sweeten the deal.

This clearly just a clever way to maximize the floor space of an efficiency apartment. Fold that thing down and you can have eight of your friends over for a disco dance party on top of the box.
